Cash and manual bank transfers are recorded with mark-paid on invoices. Card/UPI online flows require an active gateway integration for that PG.

The backend supports email, SMS, and WhatsApp with per-channel costs debited from a wallet where enabled — ask support if you need help wiring templates.

Can I track overdue by room?

Use Outstanding Payments and tenant/invoice views to see who owes by room or bed.
