Delete Your TrackMyPG Account

TrackMyPG provides a secure process for PG Owners to request permanent deletion of their account and associated PG management workspace data.

How it works

1. Sign in to your TrackMyPG PG Owner account.
2. Open Account Settings and choose Account Deletion.
3. Confirm your request using the OTP sent to your registered email address.
4. Submit the verified deletion request.
5. The request is reviewed by the TrackMyPG administration team.
6. Once approved, account access is disabled and the controlled deletion process begins.
7. You receive confirmation when processing is completed.

Data deleted

• PG/property records, rooms, and beds
• Workspace-owned tenant records
• Invoices and operational payment records stored by TrackMyPG
• Expenses, maintenance records, reminders, and notifications
• Workspace configuration and uploaded media controlled by TrackMyPG
• Account profile and authentication records

Retention

After the deletion process is completed, TrackMyPG may retain a minimal non-content audit record of the deletion request and completion event where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and operational accountability. Deleted workspace content is not retained in the deletion audit record.
